the plastic castle

This live play tells the story of a group of unique ocean creatures that live next to an ever-growing plastic “castle”. It isn’t until the mound grows so large, that these friends are faced with an imposing, environmental dilemma.

One of our most ambitious performances to date, the set was created entirely from recycled plastics gathered over several weeks by the performers.

A live dance piece was performed and an original, illustrated storybook was given to each performer.
